Many of our students are neurodivergent, experience anxiety or trauma, or have faced significant disruption to their education. When a young person struggles at school, the conversation often centres on what is “wrong” with the child. At Hatfield Wick Education, we take a different view.
CARES360 is our integrated approach to education and therapeutic support, a framework that brings together learning, emotional regulation, relationships, and wellbeing so that every part of the school day works together to support the whole child.

Whitelands Campus provides a calm, spacious environment designed to support learning, regulation, and wellbeing. Our setting combines flexible indoor spaces with outdoor areas that allow young people to feel settled, safe, and ready to learn.
The campus is accessible from across the local area, with organised transport routes supporting students travelling from surrounding towns and communities. Where required, transport arrangements are planned in partnership with families and local authorities to ensure consistency and reliability.
