A multidisciplinary approach 

Our staff team includes teachers, specialist practitioners, and support staff who work together within the CARES360® framework. 

Staff bring a range of specialist expertise, including training in emotional literacy support, trauma‑informed practice, and neuro‑affirming approaches. This supports students to receive consistent, joined‑up support across learning, wellbeing, and behaviour. 

Teachers, specialist practitioners, and support staff work collaboratively rather than in silos, providing continuity and clarity for students.
