We recognise that transitions can be challenging for pupils and families.
Transition planning includes:
- Pre‑start meetings with families and professionals
- Gradual or phased starts where appropriate
- Individualised induction timetables
- Clear routines and key adult allocation
Start dates are flexible and planned carefully to support emotional safety and successful engagement.
